Fixes for downloads, previews, and common errors.
Most problems fall into two groups. If a PDF won't download, or opens as a blank page, the cause is almost always the browser — a blocked pop-up, an ad blocker, an interrupted download — rather than the file, and a paid stub can be re-downloaded from your order history as often as you need.
If the numbers look wrong, the cause is almost always an input rather than the calculation. Check the pay frequency first (biweekly and semimonthly are easy to mix up), then the work state (several states levy no income tax, so a zero state line can be correct), then whether each deduction is pre-tax or post-tax. If none of that explains it, contact support with your order number.
