Account & Security
Manage your account, password, and data privacy.
Your account holds three things: your sign-in details, an address book of saved employers and employees, and your order history — the part that lets you re-download a stub you've already paid for. Editing a saved employer changes future stubs only; a stub you've downloaded is a finished record of its pay period.
A forgotten password can be reset from the sign-in page without contacting support. The reset link is emailed to you and expires after a short while. Contact support only if you've lost access to the account's email address, or to have the account deleted — and download any stubs you still need first, because deletion removes the order history with it.
