• Gross pay matches the sum of your earning lines.
• Deductions are categorized correctly as pre-tax or post-tax.
• Net pay matches what the employee actually received.
• Year-to-date totals match your records.

The work state and pay frequency deserve a second look, because they drive every calculated figure on the stub rather than just appearing on it.

Pick the template that best fits your needs. All templates are professional and print-ready; they differ only in layout and styling, not in the information shown or the calculations behind it. If the stub is going to a lender or landlord, a plainer layout tends to read more clearly.

Download the PDF

When everything looks good, pay for the stub and download it as a PDF. The file is high-resolution and ready to print or email as-is.

Purchased stubs stay in your order history, so you can re-download the same file later without paying again — useful if the original download is interrupted or you need a second copy months later.

If something looks wrong after downloading

Everything on the stub is driven by the details you entered, so a wrong figure almost always traces back to an input. Re-open the stub, correct the field, and check the preview again. If the error was caused by the tool rather than the data, see Request a refund.
