Pricing, receipts, refunds, and payment methods.
You can build and preview a complete pay stub before paying anything, and the price is shown before you check out. If you make stubs regularly, credits and subscription plans let you pay ahead: one credit covers one stub, a plan includes a set number of stubs each billing period, and neither is ever charged automatically. Payments go through our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card number. Every purchase is listed in your order history with a receipt PDF.
A stub you've paid for can be re-downloaded from your order history at no extra cost, so an interrupted download never means paying twice. Refunds cover duplicate charges, a PDF you couldn't download after paying, and errors caused by the tool; a typo in the details you entered usually isn't refundable, though we'll often reissue a corrected stub. Whatever the question, the order number gets it resolved fastest.
