Pricing & payment methods

OakPaystubs uses simple, pay-per-stub pricing — no subscriptions, no monthly minimum, and no hidden fees. You're charged once, for the stub you download.

How pricing works

You build and preview a pay stub for free. You only pay when you're ready to download the finished PDF, and the price per stub is shown before you check out. Nothing is charged while you're still entering details or trying different templates.

Because there's no subscription, there's nothing to cancel afterwards. If you create one stub a year, you pay for one stub a year.

Accepted payment methods

• Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Cards issued outside the US are generally accepted, though your bank may apply its own foreign transaction fee on top of the stub price.

Finding your receipt

After checkout, a receipt is emailed to the address on your account. It contains the order or receipt number, which is the fastest way for support to find a purchase if you ever need help with it.

You can also find past purchases in your order history when signed in. Both the receipt and the purchased stub stay available there, so a lost email is never a problem.

Re-downloading a stub you've paid for

Purchased stubs remain in your order history and can be downloaded again at no extra cost. You're paying for the stub, not for a single download, so an interrupted download or a lost file doesn't mean paying twice.

Common questions

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. OakPaystubs is pay-per-stub — you're charged once, at download, and there's nothing to cancel.

When exactly am I charged?

At the point you download the finished PDF. Building and previewing a complete stub is free, so you see the full document before any payment is taken.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do I pay again to re-download a stub?

No. Purchased stubs stay in your order history and can be re-downloaded at any time at no extra cost.

Where do I find my receipt?

A receipt is emailed to your account address after checkout, and past purchases are also listed in your order history when you're signed in.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

If you create stubs in volume — for example as a bookkeeper serving several clients — contact support and we'll talk through the options.
